Hobo Dinner

Tin Foil
Vegggies (I like potatoes, baby corn, and baby carrots)
Meat (I like skirt steak cut into small strips)
Oil or water just not both
Campfire

Put all ingredients into tin foil, wrap tin foil tightly, poke a few holes, put on coals, let cook 7-10 min, flip, open and eat.

Campfire baked apple

Core an apple, fill with brown sugar, cinnamin, nutmeg and/or marshmallows, chocolate, anything gooey and melty.... Wrap in tin foil. You can do this before you leave on your trip too. Then all you have to do is pop it in some hot coals...... cooking times vary depending on the size of the apple and the type, but about 10 mins tends to do it

Banana in foil

You will need bananas, chocolate morsels, M&M's®, walnuts, or any combination of these you desire.
Hold the banana in your hand with the curve pointing down. Peel back one piece of the banana peel. Cut out and remove small portions of the banana-eat pieces removed-Yum. Place morsels, M&M's®, nuts etc. in the sections, place peel back over the banana and wrap with aluminum foil. Place next to the fire-and rotate occasionally, so all sides feel the direct heat. Do this for about 10 minutes. Check banana, should be softened and melted. Scoop out banana and other ingredients with a spoon and enjoy-be careful it's HOT when first removed from the fire!. Time can be increased and decreased depending on the temperature of the fire. Enjoy!

bacon wrapped chicken

take boneless skinless chicken breast, cleaned of course. sprinkle on salt and pepper, a dash of garlic and a little bit of onion flakes. wrap it with as much bacon as you want and put into foil packets coated in pam cooking spray and cook approximately 10-12 minutes on each side.

for a side dish for this delicious meal, before heading out go to the store and pick up some fresh broccoli, green beans and carrots. place them all together in a foil pack with just about 1/8 cup of water, seal em up and toss them on the fire for about 5-10 minutes.. open and season to taste.

Those sound yummy. For the Hobo meal, I like to put the meat, onions, green and red peppers, garlic, salt and pepper into the foil. When it's done, throw it in a tortilla! No dishes to clean! Surprised)
